The icon engage kiosk becomes an attractive icon at your location

Icon Engage gives shoppers, viewers, event attendees and readers a simple and fun way to provide you with feedback right at the point of experience. The Icon Engage kiosks will be delivered to your location and the “plug and play” feature will allow your survey to be deployed instantly.  The survey can be activated by a key or touch.  Using signage, employee direction, or other recruiting methods, people are invited to answer some key questions via touch screen for a small incentive (optional).

The survey begins by scanning a key or touching the screen and  your client begins to answer the questions you choose to have displayed. Once they have answered all of the questions, they receive a code or a print out along with a thank you message and/or instructions on how they can redeem their incentive.  All client data is recorded regardless if the survey has been completed or not.
